Sticky Toffee Pudding Cake


A traditional family recipe from the heart of England's Lake District, this luscious cake is made with sweet Medjool dates and topped with a warm buttery toffee topping. 


Available in various sizes, including small bundt cakes for those who enjoy a more "posh" presentation. 


Bundt Cake: $6.00

Victoria Sandwich Cake (Heart Shaped or Round)  


This rich buttery sponge cake is made with Irish butter and caster sugar. It is assembled like a "sandwich" with 2 layers: a rich buttercream icing and a layer of flavorful preserves or jam. (Your choice of strawberry or rasberry). The top is lightly "dusted" with powdered sugar (also known as "icing sugar" in the U.K.).  Fruit embellishment is optional. 



This lovely cake was one of Queen Victoria's favorites, and was eventually named after her.

Triple Layer Round Victoria Sandwich Cake 

Made just like the double layer "Victoria Sandwich Cake," but with an additional layer. Yum!
